Terms of Use

These Terms form an agreement between you and Василь Григораш, Ukraine (“Ambizio”, “we”, “us”). Contact: ambiziosupport@gmail.com.

1. Eligibility and acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. By creating an account or continuing after an updated notice, you confirm your age and accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use Ambizio.

2. The service

Ambizio lets users create, organise, analyse, discuss, and share business ideas, stories, franchise information, and related content. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued where reasonably necessary.

Ambizio does not provide legal, tax, investment, accounting, or other professional advice. Analytics and AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. You remain responsible for verifying information and for every business or financial decision.

3. Accounts and security

Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security. We may restrict accounts that violate these Terms or create risk to users or the service.

4. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Ambizio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, process, translate, adapt, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the service and to make content available according to your chosen sharing settings.

You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit content and that it does not violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy, confidentiality, or the Community Guidelines. We may remove, restrict, preserve, or disclose content when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, or respond to valid legal process.

5. AI features

AI features are optional and require a separate disclosure and consent. When used, relevant prompts and context are sent to our AI processor to produce the requested result. Do not submit sensitive personal data or confidential information. AI output must be reviewed by you and must not be treated as verified fact or professional advice.

6. Subscriptions

Ambizio Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Google Play. The price and billing period shown by the store before purchase control. Payment is charged to your store account, and the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period. Manage, cancel, or restore it through Google Play and the controls provided in the app.

Deleting an Ambizio account does not cancel Ambizio Pro. Except where law requires otherwise, refunds are handled under Google Play’s refund rules.

7. Acceptable use

Follow the Community Guidelines. You must not harass or threaten others; publish illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative, fraudulent, infringing, or dangerously misleading content; impersonate others; expose personal data; distribute malware; scrape or reverse engineer the service; evade moderation or access controls; or use Ambizio for spam or unlawful commercial activity.

8. Intellectual property

Ambizio’s software, branding, designs, and service content other than user content are owned by us or our licensors. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the service under these Terms.

9. Termination and account deletion

You may delete your account in Profile → Settings → Delete profile. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security threats, legal requirements, or prolonged non-payment. Account deletion removes account and private data as described in the Privacy Policy; contributions required to preserve shared conversations may be anonymised.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, business outcomes, accuracy of third-party or AI content, or that every harmful item will be detected immediately. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that rule, Василь Григораш is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or decisions based on user, analytics, or AI content.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country. Disputes are handled by the competent courts of Ukraine unless mandatory consumer law provides another forum.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms for legal, security, or product reasons. Material changes are presented in the app and require renewed acceptance before continued use. Questions: ambiziosupport@gmail.com.
