Delete your Ambizio account

You can permanently delete an Ambizio account without contacting support.

1. Sign in to Ambizio.
2. Open Profile → Settings.
3. Select Delete profile.
4. Review the permanent-deletion notice and confirm.

What is deleted

This deletes the authentication account, profile, private messages, owned ideas, and uploaded account or idea files. Shared contributions may be removed or anonymised so conversations remain coherent. Processing normally completes immediately and no later than 30 days, except records retained for fraud prevention, transaction evidence, legal obligations, or legal claims as described in the Privacy Policy.

Delete selected data without deleting your account

You can delete your own ideas and comments from their menus inside Ambizio. To request deletion of other selected data while keeping the account, email ambiziosupport@gmail.com from the address associated with your account and describe the data to remove. We may verify account ownership before acting on the request.

Selected-data requests are normally completed as soon as reasonably possible and no later than 30 days. Records required for fraud prevention, transaction evidence, legal obligations, or legal claims may be retained for the limited periods described in the Privacy Policy.

If you cannot access the app

Email a deletion request to ambiziosupport@gmail.com from the address associated with your Ambizio account. We will verify ownership before deletion.
